The staff of Belmore Dental Studio, owned by Sinead McEnhill, has recently won the coveted British Dental Association Good Practice Award. The first practice in Fermanagh to do so, this prestigious award recognises all round excellence in quality of care for their patients.
Sinead said that the dental team had been working hard for a year to comply with the 97 requirements of the scheme. ‘It has been quite a lot of hard work, but everyone has found it worthwhile and we really do feel that we have improved our service to patients. We involve all our patients in their treatment from the start, and every effort is made to ensure a pleasurable experience in a comfortable and welcoming environment.’
A patient of the practice, Siobhan Maguire, said she has been going to the practice for a no. of years and always found the service to be excellent. It’s nice that the practice can show they provide a good service and that the BDA has recognised their efforts.
